Selecting which data to merge when merging duplicate records #524

It would be helpful if there was a way to choose which data to merge and which info to discard when merging contact records. Sometimes there is a mixture of updated info on the various records, and having the ability to choose what to keep and what to discard would be really helpful.

As a rough example... John Doe has an existing contact record but make a purchase using a different email address, so the system created a new record. Looking at the 2 records, it becomes obvious that the old record has correct address while he entered a fake address on his new record (just to complete the purchase).

This may be even more useful when it comes to email addresses... the new email address is the one the customer wants to use, but they still want to use their Simplero ID associated with the old account.

I have seen this done in other systems where they show a table of the 2 accounts with the corresponding field data side-by-side. Then you just click a checkbox next to the fields to keep and all of the other (unchecked) fields are discarded. It was very handy and reassuring.
