5 years ago I found a workaround for this.
With the creoson mapkey command, you can easily:
- save a assembly,
- select the components you want to rename with the search function
- load in a rename file
- optionally save a new rename file for error checking.
It would be helpfull if there was a rename function to rename an assembly and its components in one command. (And of course the drawings.)
