Small documentation clarification for get/setDefault methods

Hi dear maintainers,

During usage of the library I was not able to fully understand what the getOrDefault, setDefault and getOrSetDefault methods do by their descriptions which resulted in me having to look at the source. I have tried to make the JavaDoc descriptions a little clearer - hopefully that fits you.
