Suggestion: search in appearance/judgments for judgment graphics if on project outfox #309

im not really a fan of copying over my judgments since it takes up space

Hello, I've been working on this as a weekend side project. Although I'm not very experienced with the code bases (for both StepMania and Simply Love), and my code is kind of terrible, I've been able to get this to work after a few hours of hacking.

My code is currently available at https://github.com/japareaggae/Simply-Love-SM5/commit/546ee68e2410cff329a997d8b0e2339d164d81c5, but I'd like to make sure I'm going in the right direction before opening a pull request. I've created a new function to load judgment graphics since I couldn't find a way to properly load graphics from outside a theme.
