Removes canar.io - Fixes #31

canar.io - January 4, 2017:

Effective today, Canario's search engine is no more. We have closed access to its web interface and the API will only return an error message. All user data (accounts and associated details) has been deleted as well.

There's a couple of instances in ini files which should also be removed:

Common/SimplyEmailTest.ini:15:Canario: 
Common/SimplyEmail.ini:21:Canario: 
Common/SimplyEmailAggressive.ini:15:Canario:

This issue was flagged by @bebsicola originally in #31 - I just made a PR, that probably can't be merged cleanly, to motivate you to fix it :P

There's a few references to this module in the documentation and README which should also be removed.
