Rationale

Here we need to go through the test cases in #337 to ensure all tests pass successfully and if not, record the issues and open bug tickets.

For ticket closure

All test cases in #337 are passed. .ENV FILE MUST BE UPDATED FROM DEV TO PROD (UI_ACCESS_IP and DEV_MODE)
