Expand test suite #29

Currently, there exist quite a lot of tests for the parser, but not for the pandoc AST generation. It would be nice if there are some tests for this. Additionally, pipelines would be good to run the tests on branches.

[x] Test Pandoc AST generation
[x] Set up CI pipelines
[x] Hlint in pipeline
[x] -Wall in pipeline
[x] Run tests in pipeline

Hlint and -Wall are canceled since I cannot find an option to increase their severity level to an error.
