Merge consecutives quotes #9

Neorg defines multi-line quotes as consecutive quote definitions, these work like normal paragraphs so the lines are all merged and the newlines replaced by spaces.

This wasn't done in the parser causing pandoc to generate weird looking quotes where each line was a different line.
