AppCrash after hitting 'Next' (after importing new DDS)

I searched for 'shirt', then exported the men's blue-sleeved baseball shirt, edited it and reimported it (after flattening the layers), then hit 'Next' - when the app crashed. I've attached the DDS file (zipped up) below. I'm on Windows 7. I don't have Origin or the Sims 4 Demo running right now.
