According to a challenge participant, the time limits have been disabled and will be enforced, once the 14 day attack-only period starts.

We have to benchmark our best performing VQ model on a K-80 to make sure it's within the limits. Otherwise we risk being disqualified entirely.

Also worth mentioning: The baseline model does not satisfy the requirements either (according to the guy who I was chatting with).
