Hello, I found this tool but from the readme I'm unable to understand how to install it on Windows machine. I well understand the usage but not how to install this tool. Could you provide information on how to and add it to the readme? Thanks in advance.

@SimulPiscator I apologize my bad. I misunderstood that this is not a client software.
