Inputs to one X surface register as inputs to another X surface #83

The bug can be viewed here with two xterm windows.

The issue was that xwayland surfaces were failing to call G.set_activated when being pointed at. I'm keeping this here for book-keeping purposes (so we can better keep track of the flow of bugs being fixed rather than hiding everything in chat).
