Make Simula compatible with NixOS #98

I've passed off our bleeding edge Simula tarball to @aiversion (Open Skies), who has volunteered to help get Simula working on NixOS. Stitching together a nix expression for Simula would be immensely helpful, as it would allow us a way to make Simula compatible with NixOS plus (in theory) in any other distro that has nix installed.
