Update automation lecture and exercise #172

Description

I updated the automation lecture and exercise:

I shortened the GitLab CI part. I now focus more GitHub Actions and show GitLab CI only as another similar thing. Both are very similar anyway and we went over time last year.
The only thing I kept is the GitLab Runner content as this is sth nice to see. Instead of creating a local runner, I now directly use bwCloud.
Exercise also only uses GitHub Actions. GitLab CI remains as a bonus task.
