Preparing for CI

• Copied travis and codcov configs from Cadmium with minimal changes to test how it works.
• Added a check for "simulators" directory on setup.sh for first time run.
• Readded the DEVSDiagrammer submodule because was missing the pointer to the commit.

So far, tested on OSX and failing build on Cadmium-dynamic module. I will take that particular issues to Cadmium PR.
