[Optimization] Minor Changes #26

Some things could be improved:

Optimizate times and procedures

RTC should be updated daily

Server Response

There are several text messages. It should be shown in screen, just for user information

System velocity

Upgrade delays, to do the neccesary, in order to make it a little bit faster

Changes implemented:

RTC should be updated daily: when RTC is 01:30:00, system restars.
Updated time delays.
Hidden all messages on the screen that are not necessary
Messages on the screen translated to Spanish.
TIMOUT_UART chaged from 10 secs to 7 secs.
Some minor changes in variables definition.
