All the important parts are already developed, now it is necessary to tune the global behavior.

The device should work as explained in:

Functional Requirements - Global Behaviour

As explained here: timing diagram, the device when starts should be always in the listen state if it is enabled during the time configured. Like that, if the user want to reconfigure the device sending new configuration orders (#11) he will only reconnect the device and it will be listening during X minutes.

It seems that the device is not not in listening state when starts only after publish a periodic state. @vAnArhist , could you please take a look to that?
