[Energy Consumption] Optimize photo-diode working mode

We've observed the photo-diode is consuming a lot of battery for each reading. Try to optimize the reading time in order to use the minimum time as possible. Now it is needed between 800ms and 1100ms

Test values:

• 100ms (default)
• 50ms
• 10ms
• 5ms

New test starts at <10-10-2018, 16:00:00> with the following test conditions:

011985	4.03 V	60m	15m	100	10ms
291079	4.08 V	60m	15m	100	50ms
444165	4.08 V	60m	15m	100	100ms

All DUTs programmed with FW V011018 and connected to rechargeable battery 3.6V, 3000mAh.

Monitoring the PERIODIC messages, it has been observed that sometimes, DUTS 011985 and 291079 publish 2 x PERIODIC messages in the same time frame. See attached image:

It's a coincidence when a PERIODIC message is duplicated, the value returned is around 700-750mV
