Funnily enough, I can't find the street I live on - Lorong Zaaba, on fms but I can on Google Maps. Same goes with random streets in SS2.

Is this a bug?

Only now that I've seen it. Yeah this is a geocoding bug. Will be fixed before the Pilot starts.
