Map on Chrome/Android overlaps/covers report form #7

User submitting reports cannot fill in problem report, as the map is covering the report form full screen. You can't see or scroll down to fill in the report.

The report is OK, but on Chrome the map zooms fullscreen into the map. The report form is below the map. So you can't scroll down to fill in form, because you scroll down on the map, not on the form.

Javascript error was found during testing with Firebug.

This is what I mean, the Map takes the entire screen, while the form is below it. You can't access the form, until you somehow get to find the space between map and browser. Else you will scroll in the map and never reach the form.

Title / Description fields of the form may also be covered by the Map.
