Colors for status #49

Failure should not be coded. We might not even want to show this status column for now, as it's not useful for users.

If no Confirmed results, only Anamolies, mark it as Yellow/Amber

Got it for the first case, will remove bgcolor for failure, but will still leave the column there just in case.

However, for the second case, the figure is a total number of times the site is recorded unaccessible. Leaving it in yellow/amber (warning) may be an overgeneralization, shall we color code it with some neutral color (bg-info light blue? https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.1/utilities/colors/#background-color ) so people can do further check on it?
