Popolo Membership/Post provides structured data for details of what position, start and end dates of a Person holding a PEPs position.

What about Relationships? When a person is holding a PEPs position, all close associates for that specific time are also PEPs.

This could be simply a query/condition rather than stored data value.

If membership is PEP: if relation and relation start date => membership start date and relations end date <= membership end date
