we could create a new content type "Public Issues" categories, foreign policy, social etc.

query, "Which politicians have called for restrictions on FoE online" This is totally based on a person's stand, and not translated into vote in Parliament.

And a person might have multiple stands on certain issues

5 times quoted for FoE, 1 time against. Algorithm.. mostly 2 times quoted for 2 times against = inconsistent
