Posts/Memberships for State Houses and House of Representatives

Ideally for initial import.

Each State House, and Parliamentary should be filled up with Posts:

Each post should use the EC di. eg. Nnfor states, Pn parliament.

When we add People (Winning candidates first, ie winners), they would then be populated as Member of (X) State Assembly, Holding Position of MP/ADUN of (X) State Assembly.

We will then be able to see history of past reps for state/parliamentary seat:
