Search for Persons & Organizations should return results for alternative names

This will be helpful, especially for organizations, where people may be familiar with either Malay, English or acronyms. eg. Majlis Amanah Rakyat Malaysia is more often referred to as MARA, so searching for MARA returns no results unless it's in the primary name field.
