Differentiate between Event Activity and Research Activity #6

We have an Activity that is suited for workshops, meetings and conferences. Relable this as an Event Activity.

We may need another more generic Activity that captures activities such as research, software development etc.

Need to create a new content type under sinar.activity called "Project Activity" for activities that do not need event like behavior. While there, review fields against IATI Activity, I think we have most of it already.
