Copy Paste same fill in different state #112

If you were to copy Fill 2 with AP enabled for example, and then try to copy a different version of Fill 2 with AP not enabled, and you are not allowed to copy it, it is being read as the same file. In theory, a user may want to use different states of the same fill/MIDI file to copy paste. I think it makes sense to allow this. @DavidPackouz, any thoughts there?

@JulissaDantes Also, it seems that you cannot paste one fill that is the same fill type but with different settings to another. So if Fill 4 is set to bar 8 with Ap enabled and you want to paste that same set of rules to another Fill 4 with different settings, paste is not allowed I think settings should be allowed to be pasted.

Spoke with Goran we probably want a copy settings and MIDI file command eventually (maybe Shift + Ctrl + C)
