For Quarter 3 2024:

• keeping the project board organised and monitoring task completion,
• submitting fund requests via Dework,
• organising meetings, preparing agendas, creating and assigning tasks for meeting facilitator and documenter
• drafting and submitting Q4 budget,
• writing and submitting quarterly report for Q3

Total $390 to be paid at the end of Q3

1. All the tasks to be done this quarter(Q3) has been carefully documented on the GitHub board and sent out for payment when completed via Dework.
2. We opted to go through the GitHub board rather than writing meeting agendas.
3. The Q3 quarterly report and Q4 budget has been submitted although the budget is yet to be approved.
4. I will recommend have a 2 or 3 assigned skilled documenters for meetings. This can be done in rotation, maybe monthly for next quarter. Also, meeting summaries need to be provided before the end of the week, so they can be closed out.
