Moderation of AI Ethics forum

In the meeting of 24th June 2024, we agreed that the Forum might need some moderation, and that this will be done by Clement and paid using our Q3 contingency budget, since we omited to include a budget line for it in the Q3 budget.

Moderation tasks will cover:

• making sure that threads that get started actually ARE about AI ethics (if they're not, we agreed to remove them, perhaps with a note to the OP about where else that topic could be discussed)
• removing any scammy things or spam
• dealing with any issues if discussions get angry

Exact costs TBD.

Clement to log here any work that he does.

• Clement to work out rough price for the whole quarter - maybe align it with the costs that the Moderation WG do?
• Note it's not only about being paid for any actual moderation that needs doing - he is also being paid to "be on call" and check whether anything needs doing - so costs need to include a retainer to cover that.
