The event is an in-person meetup to curate conversations on AI and AI ethics, featuring roundtable conversation, panelist sessions etc.

Planned for the end of Q3 (late Sept 2024) This WG is contributing funding of $1,500, which covers

Planning and organization - $500 - this has been moved to its own issue, here https://github.com/SingularityNet-Ambassador-Program/AI-Ethics-Workgroup/issues/47 as it will need to be paid before the event takes place
4 speakers - $600 ($150 each)
4 Volunteers - $400 ($100 each)

Duke is talking to both Esther and LeeLoo as potential (async) speakers from the GEI side; Esther on governance of AI< LeeLoo on ethics.

Suggest c 20 mins per speaker plus Q&A

Provisional date of 28th Sept Venue is agreed List of topics for speakers is ready, and letters will be sent out soon

Publicity will be going out by end of the week, and Marketing Guild will be supporting via posting on Ambassador channels
