From Q4 quarterly report:

This Quarter, Vani has worked on maintaining agreed strategic approaches to interviewing; creating the interview workflow and ensuring that consent forms, demographic data forms, and interviewee information sheets conform to both BeGIN’s strategic aims and to data protection legislation; and (time-consuming but necessary!) reviewing and checking interview content against our validity criteria.

At the end of last quarter, she and WG member PeeGee had delivered a training session for interviewers; and in this quarter she worked with Esther Galfalvi to create an “Interviewers’ Handbook” based on the training, which has defined good practice for interviewers for the future, and might also be used to support other BeGIN interviewers from outside the Ambassador Program.
