Foods & consumables problem #321

Bug description: Some foods don't give the correct stat

ex: Cippo Aether Jelly
It only gives 3,600 DP but  according to the food, it should be 4k

Major Wind Serum
It only gives 43 sec flight time when it should be 48 secs

I test other food and it's the same. Lesser wind serum got 1 sec difference.

I think there are lots of consumables that are bugged, I will list them all 
when i got time to check each one of them.

its associated with the healboost for sure, not item or skill problem

i tested using 4k DP pots, it only returned 3,672 DP.
