YOU MUST BE USING AION X EMU FILES ONLY!! IF ANY MODIFICATIONS WERE DONE TO THE 
FILES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SVN, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THOSE ISSUES 
HERE!!

Bug description:
Blind Leap I (http://aion.yg.com/skill/blind-leap-i?id=1463)
Doesn't dispel the specified debuffs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
Get snare/slow/root debuff and cast Blind Leap I.

What is the expected output?:
"Instantly teleports the caster up to 15m, and restores mobility and full 
movement speed."

Please copy/paste errors below:
No error in log.

Removed all this things. and work fine so where is the issue :/

if you got some mobs where you not able to remove the debuff then pls post the 
name of the skill (from the mob) maybe a effect id is missing
