Add cover image support #8

Adds album art URL metadata, as discussed in #6.

Hi! I've been trying to implement this on Windows. There seems to be an error when using the latest version of the windows crate, the rest is working fine. As soon as I get that working I'm merging this.

So.. I got it working.

Couldn't upgrade to windows-rs 0.13 yet but it works. I'll push my changes and then merge to the repo.
