Allow temperaments to specify a default vertical spacing #4

The fact that (e.x.) 24-TET and 12-TET have the same vertical spacing of frets is pretty weird. I'd expect that higher EDOs would have smaller vertical spacing between frets to emulate what the actual instruments look like.

I actually think that it would be nicer to have a "modifier" based on the period and number of divisions that could be applied optionally (v.s. specifying a "real" distance.
