I would've created an issue on Connector however I've isolated this issue to just Forgified Fabric, apologies if the issue is meant to be in the other repository.

Reproduction: Using Forge 47.1.3 as per Connector's requirements, mod list is:
Give yourself a bioethanol bucket and try to place liquid.
Notes: I've also tested just Mekanism on its own without any issues.
