I am getting this error and can't figure out what is going on. I have all dependencies installed
It runs for a few minutes then when it gets to the mcl process i get the below error and the job fails

completed in 92 secs
running mcl on pan_sequences at 50
0 clusters at 50 % - completed in 1 secs
running mcl on pan_sequences at 60
ERROR: no clusters in /pirate_output/pangenome_iterations/pan_sequences.mcl_50.clusters
