Add an advice panel #8

Advice panel should provide hints on how to manually reduce the code (actions that the packer cannot perform automatically) :

if all available tokens are used, find the least used characters (less than 3 occurrences) and advise to remove the instances
try to find "near matches" (missed by 1 character in high profile strings - 20+ bytes gain)

If possible, present these along with a selective highlight in the code, and show an estimate of the code size once the change is performed.

48 implemented in v5.0 so far.
