Eclipse is already supported: you need to install EclipseMonkey or Aptana 
plugin in order to make it work.

An howto, if you want to use aptana with eclipse can be found here:

An howto include zen-coding into aptana is only provided in russian, perhaps 
somebody
can translate it and add the informations regarding eclipse.
