The image you see is of a blue-dyed present that gets displayed wrongly.
Sodium version - sodium-fabric-mc1.18-0.4.0-alpha5+build.9 Gift it version - giftit-1.5.0+mc1.18-rc3
No idea why this happens, maybe it's a problem with how the presents are colored upon putting them down
