Minecraft 1.20.1 Wheelie version [1.20.1+] 1.12.2 BTW, it works on [1.20] 1.11.1

Can also confirm this, you can turn off "Refill when current item changes" and this should let the random placement work (and maybe "refill the off hand", though not sure if that is required or not)
