Connectivity matrix

work on the elaboration of a conectivity matrix, and modify the functions to adapt to that:

• [x] there is one connectivity for chemical synapses and another for the gap junction
• [x] gap junction matrix is symmetric, chemical is not (random)
• [x] the rate of connections for gap junction is 10%healthy, 30-40% epilepsy
• [x] the rate of connections for synapse is less or equal than 50%

use sparse matrix (python feature)
