Investigate reports of actions not saving across editor session.

-suspect mod allowing leaving of editor in a non-standard way.

As of 1.16b and In Progress AGExt.dll posted in forum post #405 this seems to be resolved.

Potentially resolved, should be fixed for sure when issue #4 is fixed.
