Fix crafting recipes #39

The crafting recipe API has been mostly broken (see https://github.com/SirEdvin/UnlimitedPeripheralWorks/issues/34). This should make it work (and also make shaped recipes useful by not erasing information)

Thanks for contribution! I have also fixed getAllRecipesForType not working because of serialization and hope to make a release till the end of this week.
