Hmm ok I didn't looked into this aspect. But I can have a look at it but I am quite busy the next weeks. It would be something with cron I suppose. But I'm not a pro either with Linux when it comes to guis.
Thank you! I would really appreciate it if you could have a look at it when you have the time.
Hi, just checking in since it's been a while, were you able to look at it?
Hello, I came across your work while browsing through docker images for FreeFileSync. First off, thank you very much for making this.
To get straight to the point, I've been meaning to back up my Synology NAS to an external hard disk connected to it for redundancy. I've been using the program FreeFileSync on my Windows PC to backup my files to another external hard drive for quite some time and it's been working out great. Hence, I wanted to replicate that experience to my Synology NAS.
I've tried setting up your docker image and I've been able to get it to work in the Docker app in my Synology NAS, but I'm not sure how to schedule batch jobs so I can let everything run on its own periodically. I have read this article here but I'm not sure how to replicate that in my docker environment. Honestly, I'm not too well-versed in Linux so I'm struggling a bit here. I would like to ask your advice on this. I would really appreciate it if you could help.
