add caskroom/versions tap to downgrade virtualbox

Ensure readers have run brew tap caskroom/versions before downgrading virtualbox via brew to avoid this error:

Error: No available Cask for virtualbox4328100309
Error: nothing to install

Thanks, I completely forgot about that as I've had the versions tapped for so long. I'll also update the VirtualBox version to 4.3.30.
