Better Windows Reworked how menubars interact with windows, allowing for multiline text.

Additiions

UIFlexItem scaling.

Changes

Windows have an extra frame to contain all the main elements.
The ChildContainer uses flex boxes, allowing it to fill the remaining space.
MenuBars no longer directly interact with Windows and are instead treated very closely to any other child.

Fixes

Fixed using the style editor breaking (caused by menubars not checking the window instance)
Removed hacky MenuBar window hooking code.
Ideally fixed UI slider out-of-bounds issue.
