Making functions/tools (such as plugins) as well as data globally available to aid development and reduce the number of ajax calls throughout the app . . .

[x] profiles with basic info (non-HIPAA info) globally accessible
[x] statuses globally accessible
[x] flags globally accessible

Btw . . . this is different than HTTP caching (Web cache) which we are just learning about . . .
