Excessive Drowned Spawning with Random Tweaks #18

When using RandomTweaks and Oceanic Expanse, an excessive amount of Drowned spawn.

This issue is caused entirely by RandomTweaks, which should now be considered incompatible. Altering config has not fixed the issue in my testing.

I have created a wiki page for the compatibilities of Oceanic Expanse, to clarify this for future reference.
