`Disable Underwater Dismounting` incompatible with Aqua Acrobatics. #72

Having Aqua Acrobatics makes the Disable Underwater Discounting config option not work, leaving a player stuck atop their mount.

Further investigation shows that Disable Underwater Dismounting does not affect the dismounting event, leading it to always be true.

I'm just going to remove this config/feature. It doesn't serve much purpose, and causes issues.
